Daisy Doula

Growing up Irish Catholic, death was never hidden from us—but the emotional side of it was rarely talked about. Having experienced many losses throughout my life, including the loss of my mother, I began to feel a quiet but persistent calling: to be an emotional companion for those approaching the end of life. Death, dying, or “crossing over”—however one chooses to describe it—is a deeply personal and sacred experience. I believe the final chapter of life holds profound meaning and reflection. Yet it can also be frightening for the person preparing to say goodbye and emotionally overwhelming for the loved ones walking beside them. As a Certified End-of-Life Doula, my role is to bring compassion, calm, and grace into this sacred time.

What Does This Support Look Like

I spend time with your loved one, offering a safe and comforting presence where they can share memories, reflect on their life, and process their emotions. Together we create space for meaningful conversations, emotional healing, and honoring the beauty of the life they have lived.

This companionship can help ease fear, bring closure, and offer peace during a time that can feel uncertain or heavy.

Respecting Every Person's Beliefs

While my own life experiences have shaped my calling to this work, I do not impose my personal beliefs on those I support. My role is to respect, nurture, and honor the beliefs, traditions, and spiritual perspectives of the individual and their family.

Services

• Emotional companionship and presence
• Life reflection and meaningful conversation
• Support for emotional processing and healing
• Creating a peaceful and non-judgmental space during life’s final chapter
