Daisy Doula
Compassionate Support Through Life's Final Chapter
Who I Am...
My name is Theresa, and my journey into end-of-life care has been shaped by both my upbringing and personal experiences with loss. Growing up Irish Catholic, death was a familiar presence, though the emotional depth surrounding it was often left unspoken. After experiencing several profound losses, including the passing of my mother, I felt a quiet but undeniable calling to support others during life’s final chapter. I believe that death is a deeply personal and sacred transition filled with meaning and reflection. As a Certified End-of-Life Doula, I offer compassionate presence, calm guidance, and emotional support to individuals and their loved ones, helping them navigate this tender time with dignity, grace, and peace.
What Does This Support Look Like...
I spend time with your loved one, offering a safe and comforting presence where they can share memories, reflect on their life, and process their emotions. Together we create space for meaningful conversations, emotional healing, and honoring the beauty of the life they have lived. This companionship can help ease fear, bring closure, and offer peace during a time that can feel uncertain or heavy.
Respecting Every Person's Beliefs...
While my own life experiences have shaped my calling to this work, I do not impose my personal beliefs on those I support. My role is to respect, nurture, and honor the beliefs, traditions, and spiritual perspectives of the individual and their family.
